Edit: Alchemy Hoard is now "Alchemy by Broo", Broo being my alter ego

Double edit: Alchemy by Broo is now "Alchemy of The Broo" :| :)


Most of the bugs in Alchemy of The Broo should be worked out now. Let me know if you find bugs pls.


Alchemy of The Broo was inspired by alchemy in the elder scrolls games. I wanted to do some alchemy, but not in a game I spent hundreds of hours in already.


Here are all the updates (so far) from newest to oldest


Update: Fixed some bugs. But there are still a few recipes that are bugged. But they should be hard to find at least.


Update: I did this yesterday but mixing one or more snake oils with any ingredients now pays 50 gold instead of 25.


Update: four of a kind now only pays 75, and so do pairs because there were bugs that had to be worked out and this is how It turned out :/ but now players have a reason to match 4 snake oils which still pays 100G


Update: Mixing snake oil and an ingredient now pays 2 gold instead of 1. + purchase sound effects when upgrading or unlocking something.


Update: With the large cauldron you can now mix four of a kind! Pays as much as four snake oils!


Update: Fixed and improved on a bunch of stuff. Ingredients are now bigger and more visible. The plants don't get caught on each other when you get the magnet. Fixed loading variables staying the same after new game. And a few other small things like all the ingredients are in one pile and the text does not overlap the buttons. Also added an indicator for if you don't have enough gold for the magnet.


Update: Music and menu with new/load option


Update: You can now drag any ingredient to the cauldron regardless of what pile it's in and all the special and regular recipes will still work.


Update: You can now change the color of your cauldron, with a 1 time fee of 100 gold, your cauldron may have been reset with this update.


Update: Pixel-perfect collisions with walls!


Update: Cauldron upgrade. Costs 250 Gold. Lets you make a potion with 4 ingredients. Mix four green vials to score 100 gold, and any plants with just 1-3 vials for 25 gold, or mix two pairs of plants (can be different pairs) to score 50 gold


Update: I noticed that it was a struggle to afford the magnets so I cut the price in half


Update: Added magnet that costs 10 gold to use. And some sound effects


Update: 50% chance to go to an alternate gathering level


Update: Snake oil - Snake oil is (green vial) a wild card in mixing and when you put two snake oils together you get 5 gold!


Update: New starting map and now mixing the same ingredients will yield a potion regardless of skill level! You can still mix random ingredients with skill level % chance of brewing


Update: Made it so your score saves on every gold you make. Your score may have been reset though with this update or maybe not, before it only saved when you pressed restart


Update: Now every time you get 5 gold your skill goes up by 1, skill being the percentage chance of brewing (does not effect snake oil or same ingredient pots)
